As long as you remain a continuous client, we will not raise your subscription fee for your existing programs. However, prices are expected to increase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with any ExpressCTA product, simply email us within 45 days of integration and we will provide you with a complete refund. This guarantee is for any subscription term. It’s that simple.

Our terms are extremely flexible, including month-to-month billing. Even better, all terms include a 45-day satisfaction guarantee.

In most cases, integration is completed within 5-7 business days of a signed agreement. Once installation is complete, our team conducts a thorough onboarding and best practices consulting. ExpressCTA programs and onboarding processes are designed to have your sales team up-to-speed in parallel with software installation.

After the 45-day satisfaction guarantee period has elapsed, all subscription terms require a standard 30-day notice for cancellation of service. If you have pre-paid for service, your service will continue through the original pre-paid period and will not auto-renew pending you have submitted your cancellation at least 30 days before your renewal date.

You will have access to the ExpressCTA Dealer Portal and programs until the Cancellation Effective Date.
